Grape Variety : 100 % Malbec

Malbec : The Malbec variety produces rich, powerful and full-bodied wines. In France, unlike other countries, they maintain enough freshness in their mouths, which makes them very fruity and gives them a nice ‘sap’. Very colourful, they are still wines with a masculine temperament.

Vinification : Traditional thermoregulated tank with smooth and repeated windings to obtain a good aromatic concentration and a deep robe

Dish & Wine : Perfect to go with traditional dishes such as Cassoulet or dishes in sauce

Tasting Color : Robe garnet very steady Nose : Enchanted by aromas of ripe red fruit, blackcurrant, blueberries mixed with a hint of violet. Palate : Soft and round on notes of red fruit, with fine tannins for a long finish.
